Session dates can not be held without the session fee deposit/payment being completed. For mini sessions or session dates within 2 weeks, the entire session fee is due at time of booking. I do my best to work in most areas of the state into my schedule without having to charge extra travel fees, so even if you aren't in my local area (central FL) don't hesitate to ask what dates I will be in your area, I travel throughout the state often. BUSINESS POLICIES

- Sessions canceled within 3 days or not attended are non refundable. Sessions may be be rescheduled under necessary circumstances such as illness, emergency and bad weather conditions.

- Negatives and/or other images remain the exclusive property of Tara Mc Photography. The photographer holds the exclusive copyright. It is illegal to copy or reproduce images or photographs elsewhere without the photographer’s permission. All images are copyright protected unless a copyright is purchased from the photographer.

- Tara Mc Photography reserves the right to use negatives, reproductions, prints, CD’s, DVD’s, and the like for displays, publications, exhibitions, portfolio books, brochures, advertisements or other marketing purposes unless otherwise determined.

- If the photographer cannot perform this contract due to a fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the photographer, or due to the photographer’s illness, then the photographer shall reschedule the portrait session as the Client’s request or, in the alternative, shall return any deposit made to the Client(s) but shall not have further liability with respect to this contract.

- Tara Mc Photography agrees to keep all ordered negatives and/or digital files ordered from your initial order for a period of one year from the session date. However, all unordered images will be purged after 60 days.
- Should you not be satisfied with the final proofs, please call the photographer to discuss your concerns. Tara Mc Photography strives to provide you with images you will adore for years and years to come, and your satisfaction matters. However, having a redo will be at the photographer’s discretion.

- At the time of delivery of the photographs, the Client(s) have the duty to inspect the photographs, CD’s DVD’s, etc. for color and quality defects. Within 14 (fourteen) days of the delivery, the Client(s) must give the photographer written notice (e-mail accepted) of the evidence of such defects or all rights to claim damage and/or repairs are deemed forfeited.

- No part of any order will be produced or delivered until payment is received in full.
